Shimoni Town slave cave, 5 kilometers into the earth, slaves were held here until they could be shipped out for sale. The ocean water came into the cave at high tide. The slaves were up to their necks in water, chained together so as not to escape, it was very sobering to think man treated man like this.

The Coconut processing plant, extracting the nut meat, so it can be processed for the "oil". This plant gives approx 40 people employment. The shells, husks are used as fuel and burned in the furnace to cook the coconut meat, during the process. A Bro Louis Pope from USA, Utah County, set it up and operates it. He is a philanthropist over here, he also has a Micro-Finance industry, which provides low interest loans to applicants, so they can start their own businesses.
